SGReports is a log processing service that provides detailed information about the usage of your content. You will be able to monitor the trends over time using metrics such as hits, visitors, and play duration (tuning hours).

Geographic location of your audience, the media players they use, and referring domains are also available. All these metrics can be viewed per file or directory; by hour, day, month, and year.

Available for live streaming, on-demand streaming, and podcasting, there are two levels of service from which to choose:

Level 1 is a weekly e-mail summary of the last 7 days of usage.

Level 2 is access to the web console where you can set custom date ranges and filter results based on certain characteristics.
